Surface Preparation for Restorations
Whether it is a classic car under restoration, a work truck that needs a fresh start or a trailer going back into service, the finish is only as good as the surface under it. Our mobile unit strips paint, rust and coatings from bodies, frames, panels and components, with pressure and media matched to the metal so thin panels are treated gently while frames get the aggression they need. Sanding takes weekends. Blasting takes hours, and it reaches the corners and profiles sanding never will.
- Cars, trucks, motorcycles and trailers
- Frames, panels and individual components
- Pressure matched to thin bodywork
- Rust and body filler removed, not hidden
- Mobile, your project stays put
- Ready for primer the same day

Common questions
Automotive blasting FAQs
Will blasting warp my panels?
This is the classic fear with old-school sandblasting. Our dustless process uses water and adjustable pressure, and we set up differently for thin sheet metal than for frames. We assess the panel before we ever pull the trigger.
Can you blast fiberglass or aluminum?
Yes. Media and pressure get adjusted to the material. Fiberglass bodies, aluminum panels and steel all get their own setup.
Does my car need to run or move?
No. The mobile unit comes to wherever the project sits, which is exactly the point for cars that are mid-restoration and going nowhere.
What should I do before you arrive?
Tell us what the vehicle is, what is on it and where it sits when you call. We will talk through access and anything worth masking or removing before blasting day.
