Keep the project where it is
A cabin cannot come to a shop, and a restoration project may not be ready to move. We assess access and the work area so the mobile unit can come to the project.
Minnesota & Western Wisconsin
A project does not have to be near Pequot Lakes for us to take a look. We bring dustless and dry blasting across Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, and up to Fargo, North Dakota.
The process
We are based in Pequot Lakes and serve all of Minnesota, up to Fargo, ND. That includes Minneapolis, St. Paul, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie and Prior Lake. Send photos of the surface, your project location and access for the mobile unit. We assess the material, old coating and work area before recommending dustless (wet) or dry blasting. Slurry blasting is another name for the wet process. Your free quote is based on the job, not just the town on the map.
Why it works
A cabin cannot come to a shop, and a restoration project may not be ready to move. We assess access and the work area so the mobile unit can come to the project.
Steel, wood, masonry and boat hulls need different treatment. We assess the material and coating before recommending wet or dry blasting.
Nearby homes, parked vehicles, shoreline and space around the surface all matter. Show the surroundings as well as the item when you send photos.
Blasting removes surface rust and failed coatings from suitable materials. It does not repair damaged metal or wood. Plan inspection, any repairs and the next finish together.
A simple process
Include your town, approximate dimensions, the material and what needs to come off. Show the whole project, close-ups and access for the mobile unit.
We assess the surface and site, recommend a process and discuss timing. Confirm the scope and access before arranging an on-site visit.
We come to the agreed location and strip the agreed surfaces. Inspect the exposed material before moving on to repairs, primer, paint or stain.
Where we use it

Our Pequot Lakes base serves Brainerd, Baxter, Nisswa, Crosslake and the surrounding lakes area. Decks, log homes, boats and trailers can be assessed for surface preparation before refinishing.
Our mobile service covers all of Minnesota and extends up to Fargo, North Dakota. Send the project location and photos so we can discuss the work area, scope and timing before booking.
We assess vehicle frames and panels, decks and log homes, boat hulls, masonry and equipment for blasting. The material, coating and intended next finish guide the approach, wherever the project sits.

Yes. Slurry blasting, wet blasting and dustless blasting are names for a process using water and abrasive together. Water helps keep dust down, but the process is not dust-free. We assess the surface and surroundings before recommending it.
Yes. Both run from our mobile unit. Dustless blasting uses water to suppress dust, while dry blasting avoids adding water. The material, old coating and next finish determine which process fits.

Outdoor work depends on weather and site conditions. Tell us your preferred timing when you send photos, and we will discuss what is possible. Service-area coverage is not a promise of winter availability.
