Minnesota & Western Wisconsin

Mobile Rust & Paint Removal

Old paint and rust can stand between your project and its next coat. Revive brings dustless and dry media blasting to your site in Minnesota or western Wisconsin.

The process

A clean starting point for repair and recoating

Blasting removes surface rust and failing coatings from suitable materials. It does not repair corrosion damage or replace metal that has lost its strength. Send photos of your equipment, trailer, frame or other project so we can assess the surface and recommend the next step before quoting.

Why it works

Why choose rust & paint removal?

Keep large projects on site

Fixed equipment and heavy components may be difficult to move. Tell us about access and the work area so we can assess an on-site setup.

The right method for the surface

Revive offers dustless and dry media blasting. We pick the method that suits your material and coating, so you don't have to know the difference.

Plan what happens after blasting

Tell us whether the next step is inspection, repair, primer or paint. Surface preparation and the next coating need to be planned together.

A simple process

How it works

01

Send photos and project details

Include the material, approximate dimensions, rust or paint condition, location and desired timing. Show close-ups as well as the whole item.

02

Confirm suitability and a free quote

We assess whether blasting fits the job and discuss wet or dry methods. Thin panels and heavy steel need different approaches.

03

Prepare for the next stage

Agree on site access and the work area before the visit. Coordinate inspection and recoating after removal of the old finish.

Where we use it

Rust & Paint Removal across the work we do

Equipment and trailers

Rust and old coatings on machinery, farm equipment, trailers and heavy steel can be assessed for mobile blasting before repair or recoating.

Vehicle restoration

Frames, heavy parts and suitable body panels need a process matched to their condition. Send photos before deciding how to strip your restoration project.

Other painted surfaces

Paint removal on masonry, timber or other materials needs a separate assessment. Tell us what the surface is and what finish you want next.

Common questions

Rust & Paint Removal FAQs

Can blasting fix deep rust damage?

No. Removing surface rust can expose the condition underneath, but blasting does not restore missing metal or structural strength. Repair or replacement may still be needed.

Should I choose dustless or dry blasting?

The material, coating, work area and next finishing step determine the choice. Dustless blasting uses water to suppress dust; dry blasting avoids adding water. Neither is the right choice for every surface.

Can you quote from photos?

Photos help establish the scope. Include the entire item, close-ups, dimensions and your location. We will confirm what else we need before giving a project-specific free quote.

Do I need to bring the project to a shop?

Revive is a mobile service based in Pequot Lakes, serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Share your location and site access details so we can confirm suitability.

Can I book outdoor blasting in winter?

Outdoor blasting depends on the weather, so winter dates are limited. Tell us your location, timing and work area and we'll let you know what's possible.
